Sure sign of fall.....screaming in the Tokyo streets!

It's is a sure sign of fall.....screaming in the streets! Here's my recording of a Japanese street festival in font of my house on the seedy side of Denenchofu, Tokyo. Also I added a slight background generated by the Tenori-On(cm) device/computer toy---Japanese Theremin for the 21th Century---created by Toshio Iwai, a Japanese installation artist.
